Idag överlämnade Utredningen om hållbarhetsredovisning sitt slutbetänkande (SOU 2023:35) till regeringen.

I betänkandet lämnas bland annat förslag på hur CSRD, direktivet om hållbarhetsredovisning, ska genomföras i Sverige. Även frågor om EU-direktivet om könsfördelningen bland styrelseledamöterna i börsnoterade företag och en tydligare ordning för dateringen av årsredovisningar berörs.

Senior Counsel Magnus Schmauch, som ansvarar för Finansiell Reglering och Sustainable Finance and Risk Management, deltog som expert i utredningen som nu ska ut på remiss under hösten.

John Mattson has entered into an agreement for the sale of the property Tryckregulatorn 1 on Lidingö. The purchase price is based on an underlying property value of SEK 525 million before deduction for deferred tax. The buyer is Resinova Bostads AB.

Wigge & Partners advised Svenska Handelsfastigheter in connection with the acquisition of 12 properties from Coop Syd. The properties are located in Skåne and Blekinge with a total lettable area of approximately 16,500 sqm. The largest tenant Coop will lease 95 per cent of the premises at the properties for a period of ten years from closing of the transaction.

Scandinavian Enviro Systems AB (publ) (”Enviro”) har genomfört en riktad nyemission, vilken tillför bolaget 300 miljoner SEK. Enviro avser bland annat att använda nettolikviden för att tillsammans med Antin Infrastructure Partners finansiera den första anläggningen, baserad på Enviros teknologi, inom ramen för parternas sedan tidigare offentliggjorda joint venture-bolag. Parternas avsikt är att skapa världens första storskaliga däckåtervinningsbolag i samarbete med den världsledande däcktillverkaren Michelin.
