Wigge & Partner’s expert in financial regulation and sustainable finance, Senior Counsel Magnus Schmauch, PhD, has published the first book in Swedish on sustainable finance regulation. Magnus is one of the leading experts in Sweden in the field of sustainable finance. He has, inter alia, assisted the government inquiry on the implementation of CSRD in Sweden, and has worked with implementation issues during the last few years.
The book presents the most important regulations and puts them in context. Particular emphasis lies on the practical application of the regulations. In the book the taxonomy, SFDR, CSRD and CS3D are described as well as sectoral rules for funds, alternative investments and other financial market participants.
Magnus has also penned the Swedish commentary on the Market Abuse Regulation (MAR) and the Central Securities Depositaries Regulation (CSDR). This is his fourth book.
