Wigge & Partners advises John Mattson Fastighetsföretagen AB (publ) in connection with its fully guaranteed rights issue, which is expected to provide the company with proceeds of approximately SEK 1,251 million before deduction of issue costs.

The team from Wigge & Partners consists of Henrik Fritz, Oliver Cherek, Carl Hedström, Cajsa Wennerberg and Ingrid Jacobson.
