Wigge & Partners has advised R12 Kapital in connection with the sale of shares in NCAB through an accelerated bookbuilding process.

In total, 21 million shares were placed at a price of SEK 57.5 per share, corresponding to a total value of approximately SEK 1.2 billion.

The team from Wigge & Partners consisted of Henrik Fritz (Partner), Oliver Cherek (Senior Associate) and Carl Hedström (Associate).
