Wigge & Partners has advised Sodexo, the global leader in sustainable food and valued experiences, in connection with its acquisition of K-märkt AB. K-märkt AB is a restaurant group known for its high-quality, tasty food and innovative methods for enhancing sustainability and reducing food waste. K-märkt restaurants are currently situated at six locations in Stockholm, with an objective to expand to more cities in Sweden together with Sodexo.
