Kajsa Mareniusson is an Senior Associate working in Wigge & Partners' Real Estate team where she continuously advises clients in real estate related matters. Her work in real estate includes assisting the seller or the buyer in all aspects of real estate transactions, drafting and reviewing lease agreements as well as assisting the client in other legal aspects of real estate. In her work she assists national and international clients in real estate transactions concerning single assets or larger portfolios. Kajsa also assists clients in reviewing and drafting other commercial agreements as well as in general corporate law matters.
