Peter Bäärnhielm is a Capital Markets specialist and has extensive experience from advising issuers, financial advisers, investors and other market participants (both domestic and international) in connection with a broad range of transactions and other market activities including public M&A, IPOs, debt and equity offerings, mergers, capital restructurings as well as related company law, governance, risk and compliance issues. Peter has more than 30 years of experience both as a lawyer in private practice and from investment and commercial banking including as Head of Nordic Investment Banking, Carnegie Investment Bank, Co-head of Corporates & Institutions, Danske Bank Sweden and from SEB Enskilda. Peter is a member of the Swedish Securities Council.
